ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our items are hand-painted canvases, specialty threads/products, and customized, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on in-shop or online purchases, but our team is always happy to help you shop thoughtfully and confidently before you buy.  If you are shopping online.  Please call our shop and we can take more pictures or send a video when time permits.

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES

Upon receipt of online orders, please inspect the products immediately.  Contact us if products have been damaged, defective, or you received the wrong items.  We will do our best in a timely manner to resolved the issues.
